I discovered years ago that I am a highly sensitive person (HSP). This affects every single part of my life, and so I want to help others learn more about it. Check out the Podcast tab to learn more about this!
I was a 1st grade teacher for 9 years, 7 of those being a Spanish teacher for an immersion program. I am taking my "teaching" skills and using them to help others learn Spanish. I create materials that can help teachers and parents at home. Check out the resource and video tabs to see more of what I do!
After leaving teaching, I realized that I have a need to CREATE! I started painting with watercolors, and on my iPad to create artwork that is not only therapeutic for me, but also brings something to others. Check out the artwork tab to get a look!
